About Lee
I was born in Maryland and grew up on the East Coast. I
recieved a masters degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy at
Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, and have studied Rogerian Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Jungian Psychology,
Buddhist Psychology and meditation extensively. Before
becoming a counselor I was a Finance Manager and
meditation instructor in Vermont and New York City. My practice is located in the Terwilliger/Lair Hill neighborhood of PDX.

I don't believe that there is one version of "mental health"
which individuals need to find or conform to. My most important
job as a therapist is to be a mirror in which you can see and
appreciate the unique, deeply valuable person you are. If
you can recognize the resources and wisdom which are
already there, your way forward will become more and more clear.
